Professional Experience

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Serving Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) from January, 2016 to till date as a lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering. During my tenure I have conducted many courses. The courses were-

  • Engineering Computation using MATLAB
  • Steel Structure Deign using SAP 2000
  • Professional Practices and Communication
  • Engineering Drawing by AutoCad 2013 and 1015

I was involved in varied field of teaching with contrasting responsibilities. The responsibilities were

  • Performed administrative duties like organizing seminar on ETABS
  • Conducted class of undergraduate courses and also Prepared lecture notes.

RESEARCH

Research on LIGHTWEIGHT FOAMED CONCRETE

 

COURSES, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS

  • Attended the 1st regional seminar on climate change, water security and prospects of Rainwater in Bangladesh 2014, Organized by department of Civil Engineering, MIST, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Attended and completed workshop on SEISMIC PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AND DESIGN OF STRUCTURES.
  • Completed a Course on “SEISMIC DESIGN OF STEEL BUILDING STRUCTURES USING ETABS 2015” at Military Institute of Science and Technology
  • Presented and attended a technical paper on First International Conference on Advance in Civil Infrastructure and Construction Material (CICM).
  • Completed Internship Program at Radisson Bay View Hotel Chittagong, SKS Chittagong and various road projects of Chittagong hill tracts.
