Inter Department Cultural Competition 2023
Inter department cultural competition was held in Multi-Purpose Hall from 14th to 18th May, 2023 under the supervision of DSW office. 12 departments of MIST have participated in total 7 segments; they are: Patriotic, Rabindra, Nazrul and Modern songs, Short drama, Dance, and Recitation. The judges were faculty members of MIST, professionals from Chhayanaut and Bulbul Lalitakala Academy. The results of the competition were published in 25th May, at the Nobin Boron Ceremony 2023. The acting commandant sir, Brig Gen Md Wahidul Islam,SUP,ndc,psc and commandant madam, Mst Taslima Khanum, distributed the prizes among the winners. The best male performer was flying officer Md. Maksudul Kabir from Aeronautical Engineering Department and the best female performer was Arpita Debnath from Industrial and Production Engineering Department. The winner and runner up of competition were the Environment, Water and Costal Engineering Department and the Civil Engineering Department respectively.
